Video Guard Patrol Service

We can patrol your home or business virtually! With Video Guard Patrol Service, we can offer periodic log-ins and video patrols by Security Operators at our Central Station. Even if you have a patrol service where officers are making periodic checks, this can be used to supplement and strengthen your patrol service by providing these extra checks. Video Guard Patrol subscribers are programmed into an automated system for a set or infinite number of times.  At assigned times, the system logs into the DVR at your location and our Security Operator views the activity on each camera at the location. If the Security Operators view activity, they follow the procedures set forth by you. Often, if it is of a serious nature, we would notify the Police and tell them what we are observing. Each morning, you can receive an e-mail report of Patrol Check logs, along with any incident notes.

 

Video Activity Monitoring and Response Service

Unlike Video Guard Patrols, the Video Activity Response Service entails video data being sent to the Video Monitoring Section (VMS) in our Central Station. This occurs when a camera detects a change in what it is looking at, or an alarm is received from a security system. This can be a person, vehicle, animal, sudden and sharp change in light, or many other things.  When this occurs, the camera sends video to the VMS and the Security Operator then determines what the activity is.  From there we follow the instructions set forth by you.

 

Video Activity Service is often used in outdoor situations where it may not be practical or is too costly to assign a full-time Security Officer. Since most video systems include 2-way voice capabilities, the Security Operator is able to talk with, challenge, and possibly clear persons that are detected.  The cost for this service depends upon the amount of activity and hours of protection.  We can work with you.
